Operations Leadership Program (Spring 2027) | MacLean Power Systems
The Tone:
This is an early career, full-time rotational program at MacLean Power Systems, a leading manufacturer of engineered products and solutions used in the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and construction of transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure. The company operates seventeen facilities across North America, continually investing in manufacturing capabilities to better serve customers. This program is a 3-year journey of accelerated career growth, focusing on developing tomorrow’s leaders through hands-on learning and diverse experiences to keep the power infrastructure performing optimally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain exposure: Experience direct interaction and learning opportunities with senior leadership.
• Lead projects: Take the initiative to lead and develop important projects within various functional areas.
• Make an impact: Contribute meaningfully to company operations early in your professional career.
• Develop leadership: Acquire and refine influential leadership capabilities through practical application.
• Experience manufacturing: Work directly with the processes for manufacturing components for the power and utility industries.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or an applicable field of study. Graduated with a 3.2 GPA or greater.
• Experience: Held two or more relevant internships or work experiences in operations, manufacturing, project management, supply chain, and logistics. Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Skills: Geographic mobility to rotate through various company locations. Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
