• Mission: Coordinate program activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to project requirements to drive innovation and success for the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Execution: Execute New Product Development activities in roles such as program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and throughout the proposal to production phases of a program.
• Issue Resolution: Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
• Rotational Program Completion: Complete the designed rotations and evaluations according to the Rotational Program Management program design.
• Performance Tracking: Track program progress and performance metrics, then provide updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (with Program Management coursework). Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S. citizens.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles, including experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to track and report on program performance metrics, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; experience in aerospace program management; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment; familiarity with aerospace industry standards and best practices; clear and concise communication; ability to influence at varying levels across the organization; ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed environment; demonstrated project management skills; ability to work independently and as a team; diverse and global teaming and partnership; excellent oral and written communication skills.
