What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Strategy & Discovery: Understand stated and unstated customer needs, deeply analyze client requirements, and collaborate with pre-sales and business analysts to draft user stories and identify automation opportunities.
• Solution Design & Development: Share client requirements with developers, create a product vision, roadmap, and architecture, and work with technical architects, UX designers, and UI teams to design and build product solutions.
• Quality Assurance & Deployment: Track problems, resolutions, and bug fixes, create test cases, perform user acceptance testing in Wipro’s environment and at the client site, and work with DevOps for seamless code movement.
• Client Engagement & Impact: Perform impact analysis at the client site, support clients with incremental changes, and obtain final sign-off from clients for deployed products.
• Team Leadership & Talent Management: Forecast talent requirements, hire, train, and manage the performance of direct reportees, ensuring compliance with Wipro’s standards and fostering employee engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role focused on product development and client solutioning, including understanding business problems, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading a team.
• Experience: 8-10 Years in product management, encompassing client interaction, solution design, product lifecycle management, and team leadership.
• Skills: Agile Scrum Delivery, Product Vision and Roadmap Creation, User Acceptance Testing, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
