Clinical Operations Resident – MTM | Outcomes®

The Tone:
This is a post-graduate residency program at Outcomes®, focused on MTM program administration. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how pharmacists contribute to improving healthcare quality and managing costs. This residency will develop a professional understanding of patient-oriented medication therapy management services.

• Mission: Learn how pharmacists can impact healthcare quality and cost by providing patient-oriented medication therapy management (MTM) services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinical Engine Development: Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine.
• Program Implementation: Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Client Co-management: Co-manage clients from a clinical perspective, including attending calls and pulling supporting reports.
• Feature Intervention Management: Manage the creation of Feature Interventions.
• Industry Participation: Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Doctorate, Entry-Level. Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Experience: Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, with licensure required within 120 days of hire.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solution-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Eligible for pharmacist licensure in Iowa.
