What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Processing: Process invoices, expense reports, and incoming payment receipts accurately to ensure timely and correct financial transactions.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform daily ledger reconciliations across corporate bank accounts, verifying all transactions and maintaining financial consistency.
• Reporting Assistance: Assist senior analysts in compiling comprehensive data for quarterly budget reports, supporting strategic financial planning.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital financial records and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Policy Support: Respond to internal inquiries regarding operational finance policies, providing clarity and guidance to team members.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of financial principles.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an entry-to-mid level finance or administrative role, demonstrating practical application of financial support.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective data analysis, reporting, and document creation. Excellent organizational skills to manage financial records and compliance documentation efficiently. Strong analytical thinking to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders. A commitment to maintaining 100% attention to detail in all financial reporting and compliance tasks.
