What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a Global induction to gain broad business understanding and senior leadership’s vision for the bank.
• Engage in Divisional Technical Training and Professional Skills Training as part of a 12-month continuous learning journey.
• Collaborate with talented colleagues on day-to-day business operations within a friendly and supportive culture.
• Contribute to special projects and the innovation of new ideas to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Generate inventive and effective financial solutions for clients, making an early impact on core business functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level. Intelligent and adaptable students and graduates from many different disciplines.
• Experience: Completion of studies (all final exams, coursework, no outstanding requirements) between 1st January 2026 and 31st July 2027. Ability to start full-time work in July 2027. No more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience. Must be presently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Intelligent, adaptable, excellent communication skills, proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows, critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. Good levels of numeracy are important for some roles.
