What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Perform professional financial analysis and reporting, primarily based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Data Management: Extract, compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various accounting and information systems.
• Analysis & Verification: Analyze, test, and verify compiled financial information for correctness and reasonableness, troubleshooting problems as needed.
• Process Participation: Participate in monthly and quarterly accounting processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Procedure Improvement: Improve procedures and organize documentation for financial reporting and planning processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Up to two years of experience in a related field.
• Skills: Advanced computer skills, base knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of a financial area (e.g., investments, insurance products, premium), ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, detail-oriented, analytical, ability to work effectively individually and within a team, organizational and prioritization skills.
