What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Development: Engage in comprehensive training combining classroom sessions, line of business overviews, computer and technical training, and self-study projects to gain broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization.
• Rotational Assignments: Complete a structured 9-13 month rotational development schedule, participating in day-to-day operations across various departments within the assigned line of business to enhance practical experience.
• Project Work & Analysis: Take responsibility for various program goals, assignments, and significant project work, including credit analysis training and case study work, ensuring direct impacts and value-add to the line of business.
• Skill Enhancement: Actively develop and refine financial, analytical, and technical skills throughout the program, preparing for a specialized career within the organization following successful completion.
• Relationship Building & Coaching: Cultivate strong relationships with managers, leaders, and peers, and actively participate in professional development through dedicated 1-on-1 coaching with Accelerated Career Track Management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (overall GPA of 3.2) with a minimum of 9 hours of accounting. This role is for early career professionals starting in Finance, Accounting, & Corporate Treasury.
• Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities, strong financial acumen, analytical reasoning, and technical aptitude.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree specifically in Finance or Accounting, completion of 12 hours of Finance courses, or coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Security for relevant IT/IS positions.
