The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person Minneapolis, MN (St. Louis Park) and Cleveland, OH (Solon), with relocation required
• Pay: $65,000.00 yearly
• Team: Finance and Accounting Organization
• Mission: To prepare and develop the next generation of finance and accounting leaders through a comprehensive three-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop leadership and technical skills through diverse, year-long rotational experiences across various finance and accounting functions.
• Gain significant exposure and professional development within nVent’s global finance and accounting organization.
• Participate in ongoing formal and informal training sessions to enhance functional competencies and leadership capabilities.
• Engage with nVent’s community through social, professional, and service activities, including Employee Resource Groups.
• Forge a professional network and benefit from mentorship with peers, managers, and senior leaders to accelerate your career path.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Career level is entry-level, for students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience is required. Must be available to begin full-time employment in June 2027.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Bonus: Knowledge of GAAP, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), proven leadership experience, and industry-related internship experience.
