Advisory Manager (Client Associate) in SOEs & Infrastructure team | SEB Sverige

• Pay: $3,750–$5,650 monthly
• Team: SOEs & Infrastructure team within Corporate Banking
• Mission: Develop and process SEB’s strategic SOEs & Infrastructure portfolio by building long-term client relationships and supporting their most important financial and investment decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with Lithuania’s largest public sector institutions, municipalities, State-owned enterprises, and other strategic organizations.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on financing, investment, and long-term development initiatives that contribute to public value.
• Business Origination: Identify and originate new business opportunities that support public infrastructure, sustainability, digitalization, and economic growth.
• Financial Analysis: Perform high-quality financial and credit analysis and prepare materials for SEB’s credit decision-making bodies.
• Transaction Execution: Lead and coordinate financing processes, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality while assessing risks and providing recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, preparing for a manager-level advisory role.
• Experience: Professional experience in corporate banking, public sector financing, project finance, advisory, credit analysis, consulting, or audit.
• Skills: Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English; strong financial analysis and presentation skills; excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills; a strategic mindset and business acumen.
