What You’ll Actually Do
• SEC Filings: Prepare quarterly SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K, and review associated earnings call materials.
• Data Review: Collect necessary financial data from various business unit accountants and review it for accuracy.
• Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on financial documents and assist with tie-out procedures for completed disclosures.
• Disclosure Support: Aid in preparing the quarterly disclosure checklist to ensure comprehensive reporting.
• Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process by gathering relevant data and preparing journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
