The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at United Wholesale Mortgage, located 100% onsite in Pontiac, MI. United Wholesale Mortgage is a large organization with thousands of team members dedicated to making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans. This exclusive Rotational Program is designed to provide broad exposure across multiple teams, open to both experienced professionals seeking new opportunities and early career professionals with proven leadership skills and an innovative mindset. After 12 months of immersive rotations, the team member will be placed into a meaningful role where their journey of education, relationship building, and teamwork will amplify their ability to support UWM’s clients and team members.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations & Skill Development: Participate in assignments across more than 20 key departments like Marketing, Finance, and Operations, while engaging in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance technical and leadership abilities.
• Project Leadership: Lead and actively contribute to departmental projects, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals and driving meaningful impact.
• Performance & Mentorship: Engage in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions, alongside connecting with program mentors and senior leaders to gain insight and guidance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand different business units, processes, and strategies, fostering a comprehensive business perspective.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present findings and recommendations based on assigned projects, tasks, and recommendations to department heads and senior leaders at the end of each rotation.

• Experience: Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities are essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability and eagerness to learn in various environments, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects, and a highly motivated, results-oriented mentality with a positive, can-do approach. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different assignments are also crucial.
• Bonus: Prior leadership or management experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
