Lead/Manager, Engagement & Organization Development – APAC | NielsenIQ

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at NielsenIQ, located in Malaysia, for a professional to help its Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) organization evolve. NielsenIQ is transforming SA&I into a growth-oriented, solutions-focused, and AI-enabled organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders and teams across APAC Sales, Customer Success, and Operations by building the capabilities, culture, and ways of working needed for the future.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person – Malaysia
• Team: Reports to the Customer Success Leader, SA&I APAC, working closely with the SA&I Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders.
• Mission: Lead efforts to create a positive work environment and build a future-ready organization across APAC Sales, Customer Success, and Operations within the SA&I business.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Employee Engagement & Learning: Partner with business leaders and HR to implement engagement, learning, and organization development initiatives to develop and retain talent.
• Drive Internal Communications & Change: Own internal communications for employee engagement, learning, organization development, and transformation initiatives.
• Support Organizational Effectiveness: Support workforce planning by assessing talent and capability needs, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Execute Key Transformation Initiatives: Support the execution of critical transformation initiatives, including capability building and AI adoption, by developing project plans and coordinating stakeholders.
• Facilitate Leadership Communications: Support leadership communications through town halls, business updates, and employee forums, and manage the annual engagement and communications calendar.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent business experience. This role operates at a Manager to Senior Manager-level individual contributor scope.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, HR Programs, or Project Management, with experience in a regional or cross-market environment.
• Skills: Ability to use data, conduct analysis, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making; strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders; strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities; AI proficiency.
• Bonus: Qualifications in Human Resources or Organization Development; knowledge of HR and Organization Development best practices.
