The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at L’Oréal, located in Singapore. L’Oréal is the world’s largest beauty company, dedicated to innovation and pioneering the new beauty tech world. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s L’Oréal for Youth initiatives and attracting ambitious students to kickstart their professional journey. The intern will help enhance candidate experience and build partnerships with academic institutions, contributing to L’Oréal’s mission of winning over another billion consumers globally.

• Mission: This intern supports the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, managing, and engaging young talent for L’Oréal through various campus and branding initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Suite (Excel), Canva, Photoshop, other editing software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with key academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L’Oréal for Youth.
• Campus Activities: Support campus activation activities such as L’Oréal Brandstorm and Career Fairs.
• Hiring Support: Support on volume hiring for intern and graduate positions.
• Branding Projects: Collaborate on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video-editing to social media campaigns.
• Candidate Experience: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcomed. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Skills: Good communication and project management skills.
