The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, requiring relocation upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)

• Mission: Develop into future plant leadership by gaining comprehensive hands-on experience across all manufacturing operations, personnel management, and business processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Master the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Understand and perform all plant and administrative roles, excluding commercial driving positions.
• Provide essential operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret various operational reports to support decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manage assigned special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required. This role is designed to build a long-term career in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership capability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
