What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate HR Expertise: Gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources, including staffing, employee relations, compensation, and compliance, at two separate manufacturing plants.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Build fundamental HR knowledge and leadership capabilities through an immersive two-year program designed to prepare you for impactful HR roles.
• Engage with Organizational Levels: Achieve unique visibility by interacting with multiple levels of the organization, from plant and division operations to corporate leadership.
• Receive Mentorship and Training: Benefit from 1:1 mentorship tailored to your assignments and skill gaps, alongside access to a comprehensive training suite of in-person sessions and an extensive online library.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in benchmarking best practice opportunities at other PCC facilities and engage in monthly collaborations to aid in college to career transitions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration, suitable for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. Must be a U.S. Person.
• Experience: Prior co-op or internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field, coupled with club, organization, or activity involvement in a leadership capacity.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a high level of interest in management and leadership roles, and the willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including working outside standard business hours as needed. Must be willing to relocate to various US locations, with the ability to preference regions.
