The Tone:
This is a full-time Physician Leaders Fellowship role at Vituity, offered remotely nationwide. • Team: Member of Vituity’s senior and executive management team.
• Mission: To develop physician leaders capable of becoming Medical Directors and influencing the clinical, financial, and regulatory aspects of their specialty’s practice within Vituity’s national system through a one-year fellowship.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Management: Participate in a wide array of management and leadership experiences.
• Team Contribution: Act as a member of the Vituity senior and executive management team.
• Product Development: Collaborate to develop products that impact the practice of your specialty.
• Industry Insight: Develop an understanding of the clinical, financial, and regulatory issues impacting your specialty.
• Professional Growth: Complete leadership and management training necessary to navigate this environment successfully.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Anesthesia, or Psychiatry residency program.
• Experience: Strong leadership potential and a clear motivation to pursue a Medical Director role.
• Skills: Leadership, management, understanding of clinical issues, understanding of financial issues, understanding of regulatory issues.
