What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Research: Conduct financial research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives, business performance, and decision-making within one or more Finance Centers of Excellence.
• Implement Strategies: Support the development and implementation of Finance strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify Opportunities: Work closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead Projects: Lead and deliver assigned projects through effective collaboration, independent judgment, and personal accountability.
• Develop Capabilities: Participate in structured training, coaching, and development activities while building the financial, commercial, and leadership capabilities required for future roles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Possess at least one to three years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Economics, or a related area. This role also requires a willingness and ability to pursue career opportunities across BAT’s global footprint.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to analyze data and develop clear, business-focused presentations.
