• Team: Works within an Engagement Team, collaborating with Interns to Partners.
• Mission: Become familiar with current tax theories and laws, perform tax procedures, and prepare various tax returns for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation: Prepare a variety of client deliverables including individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Analysis: Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances.
• Research: Research filing requirements and tax issues using internal revenue code, treasury regulations, and other authorities.
• Management: Manage daily client workflow and multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Documentation: Draft tax technical memorandums for internal and external use.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting; plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2027 to be CPA licensed.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior work or internship experience; experience in accounting is preferred.
• Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrate sharp critical thinking, comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, eager to learn new technologies, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.2 in both your major and overall; leadership positions in extracurricular activities are preferred.
