• Pay: $72500–$87500 yearly
• Mission: This person will learn the core functions of an industrial recycling business, from operations to commercial activities, to drive future business success and support customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a structured management development program designed to build foundational business knowledge.
• Observe: Gain hands-on experience by learning industrial recycling operations, from material receipt and processing to shipment and marketing.
• Engage: Build strong working relationships with employees, suppliers, and external business partners across various teams.
• Support: Assist with ongoing business initiatives, projects, and reporting tasks to contribute to team and business goals.
• Understand: Develop a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, logistics, operations, and key business performance fundamentals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the local area as needed for training and business activities. Preferred experience includes internships, customer-facing roles, leadership positions, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or military service demonstrating strong work ethic.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
