The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office development program positioned in Iselin, NJ, and Chester, PA, specifically tailored for recent graduates. DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, originated in 1976 from ten independent hauliers in Denmark and has since grown to become the world’s 3rd largest supplier of global solutions, operating in over 80 countries with close to 150,000 colleagues. This program is fundamental for developing the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders, offering participants real business experience and a deep understanding of global supply chains. As a participant, you will contribute to DSV’s core purpose of keeping supply chains flowing by actively engaging in the transport, storage, packaging, and processing of goods, ensuring a steady supply to consumers worldwide within a company that values collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity, aiming to shape the future of logistics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on operational experience within DSV’s Air & Sea division, focusing on global transport and logistics services.
• Receive broad exposure to different areas of logistics, encompassing air, sea, and road freight, as well as contract logistics operations like warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Benefit from mentorship offered by experienced leaders in the industry, guiding your professional growth within a global company.
• Engage in structured professional development, including performance evaluations, leading to the completion of a two-year trainee program.
• Have the opportunity to earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding, a globally recognized logistics certification, and pursue additional professional credentials through the NCBFAA.

• Background: Entry-Level. A recent graduate from a university or academic program, looking to start a career in global logistics.
• Experience: No prior professional work experience is required; this program is specifically designed for fresh graduates.
• Skills: Demonstrated personal drive, talent, and an enjoyment of taking on responsibility.
