• Team: Members of the Global Supply Chain Rotational Program will work with the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence and Data Team.
• Mission: This person will develop a broad understanding of supply chain, business intelligence, and engineering to provide significant business impact to Lenovo.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Expertise: Develop a broad understanding across supply chain, business intelligence, and engineering through a 2-year program with four challenging rotations.
• Drive Insights: Drive valuable insights from data to make recommendations and sound business decisions.
• Collaborate on Projects: Work with the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence and Data Team on a series of projects.
• Rotate Through Functions: Participate in projects within areas such as Supply Chain, Product Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Impact Business: Maximize both visibility to executive leadership and the business impact that program members can provide.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree. Career level: Entry-Level. Education in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with university studies completed between 2025 and June 2027.
• Experience: No prior work experience is explicitly required, as this is a graduate rotational program.
• Skills: Technical understanding in coding languages/software (VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python); ability to drive valuable insights from data; capacity to think on your feet and brainstorm fresh ideas.
• Bonus: Prior internship or work experience; experience building data pipelines; experience designing, implementing, and maintaining systems used to collect and analyze business intelligence data; detail-oriented approach; ability to collaborate and work across functional groups.
