• Pay: $110000–$120000 yearly
• Team: Command Center Solutions and Services team
• Mission: Manage the full project lifecycle for emergency call handling and public safety applications to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Tech Stack: PMBOK standards, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, automated project management tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing, adhering to PMBOK standards for emergency call handling projects.
• Develop Master Plans: Create and implement comprehensive Master Project Plans, including defining scope and integrated change control, and ensuring alignment with internal workflows.
• Manage Project Finances: Maintain project budgets for labor and capital expenditures, monitor financial objectives like revenue and margin, and analyze costs to ensure financial constraints are met.
• Assess and Mitigate Risks: Conduct ongoing risk identification and analysis, develop and maintain a Risk Register, and prepare actionable recovery plans to address significant issues.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating kick-offs, status meetings, and nurturing key relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of project management experience OR 5+ years of project management experience; must be able to pass a criminal background check and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification.
• Experience: 3+ years managing external customer-facing complex deployment programs and/or software application deployments.
• Skills: Project scheduling applications (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets), strong financial acumen, project risk assessment and mitigation strategies, excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bonus: PMP and/ or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, experience with Public Safety communications systems, or a Master’s Degree.
