BD Quality Engineering Development Program Associate | BD

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program at BD, located across various US sites including Tempe, AZ, Covington, GA, Warwick, RI, Canaan, CT, San Diego, CA, and Franklin Lakes, NJ. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete three distinct rotations over three years across different BD sites in areas such as New Product Development or Sustaining engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Post Market Quality or Quality Systems.
• Relocation: Relocate to a new US location for each rotation, allowing for diverse experience with new products, processes, and people.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs, throughout each rotation.
• Contribution: Take on impactful roles that contribute to the design, development, or manufacturing of BD products to deliver real value across the business.
• Development: Participate in various networking events, career development sessions, and team-building activities designed to enrich the associate experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or other related major. Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration or sponsorship.
• Experience: Not explicitly stated in years, but targets recent graduates.
• Skills: Proven technical aptitude, strong leadership potential, ability to learn quickly and deal with ambiguity, capability to take initiative and achieve results, excellent written and communication skills, and proven organization and time management skills.
