The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year graduate role at BakerHicks, a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy operating from 14 locations across Europe. What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Oversight: Oversee design progress, apply project management processes, and maintain project registers and documentation.
• Reporting & Resolution: Prepare reports and assist in resolving design issues.
• Quality & Commercial Support: Support quality assurance and commercial activities.
• Project Planning: Contribute to the planning and development of projects.
• Delivery Monitoring: Support the management of project delivery and monitor and report on project progress.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject; Entry-Level career (2027 Graduate); eligibility under UK immigration routes that do not require Skilled Worker sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
• Experience: Engagement in hands-on experiences during a two-year Graduate scheme.
• Skills: Proactive mindset; positive, can-do attitude; commitment to delivering exceptional work; eagerness to embrace new challenges; motivation by opportunities to grow and make a real impact.
• Bonus: Dedication to Project Management; ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance or assurance level.
