This is a full-time, early career rotational program at Carrier, with locations varying across the US. • Mission: Expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Rotate through multiple segments and finance functions, gaining exposure to areas such as Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations, based on business needs.
• Develop: Develop analytical and communication skills while acquiring a greater appreciation for teamwork and leadership within a New York Stock Exchange traded company.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with other Finance Leadership Program associates around the globe, as well as peers from Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas, to develop comprehensive business tools and skills.
• Engage: Participate in a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience, which includes various trainings, events, and case studies to enhance professional capabilities.
• Mentor: Receive direct mentorship from program alumni and executives, guiding professional growth and development within the company.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. This is an early career role, requiring less than one year of full-time professional work experience.
• Experience: Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduate, prepared to start in the Leadership Program in mid-June 2027. Willingness to travel 5% for program events and assignments is required.
• Skills: Maintain a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0. Demonstrated ability to be geographically mobile and able to relocate at most yearly for rotation assignments across various US locations. Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring company sponsorship.
• Bonus: Hold a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance. Exhibit leadership experience through extracurricular organizations or part-time jobs while in school. Demonstrate comfortability with the potential need to move every year for rotational assignments. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred, along with strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
