What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a 2-year program, with rotations every six months in different functional areas.
• Lead high impact projects and actively contribute to transforming the future of energy.
• Engage in local and global training opportunities to develop technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Gain global exposure to senior leaders across the company and support through an internal mentoring program.
• Contribute directly to a more sustainable future by working on safer and cleaner energy initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree program graduation between May 2024 and December 2026 (inclusive). This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required, but candidates should have the potential to become future leaders and possess innovative mindsets.
• Skills: Advanced/fluent English.
• Bonus: Eagerness to launch a career in Finance (Dayton, OH / Indianapolis, IN), Commercial (Indianapolis, IN), or Regulatory Affairs (Dayton, OH).
