What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage financial records: Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts for a diverse range of transactions, encompassing retail operations, expense allocations, payments, and inventory movements.
• Oversee inventory accuracy: Review inventory count sheets, perform unit conversions, and make related adjustments to ensure precise inventory records.
• Handle payment operations: Manage specific bank accounts and payment processes to maintain smooth financial transactions.
• Support reporting and compliance: Contribute to the accurate preparation of various tax filings and essential internal financial reports.
• Improve financial processes: Analyze, investigate, and thoroughly document account and margin variances, while actively driving ongoing process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency within the accounting function.
