This role is essential for supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring invoices and payments, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Records: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including transactions, receipts, invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
• Accounts Management: Monitor vendor invoices and customer payments, assist with processing payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts as needed.
• Client Invoicing: Prepare and distribute accurate client invoices for catering services, meal programs, deliveries, deposits, and special events.
• Budget Support: Assist management with preparing and monitoring budgets, cash-flow projections, event costs, and operational expenses.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare routine financial summaries and reports to help management monitor revenue, expenses, outstanding invoices, and overall financial performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic accounting and financial principles.
• Experience: Experience in financial coordination, bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable/receivable roles is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial/accounting software; prior experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Possesses excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management abilities, keen analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication to effectively interact with stakeholders; demonstrates the ability to handle confidential financial information with the utmost professionalism.
• Bonus: Prior experience within the catering, hospitality, food service, or events industry.
