What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare financial statements, compilations, and assist with tax return preparation based on team and client needs.
• Utilize modern accounting technology to deliver high-quality results and identify accounting issues.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with team members, managers, and clients regarding project status and questions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are managed.
• Build strong, professional client relationships by delivering innovative accounting, tax planning, and compliance solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, with CPA eligibility. This is an entry-level position perfect for new or soon-to-be graduates.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, demonstrating progress toward CPA certification.
