What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Financial Closings: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Transaction Processing: Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices.
• Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience, including specific experience in Accounts Receivables.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP, coupled with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: CPA or actively working toward CPA certification is preferred, as is knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
