What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close Management: Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes efficiently.
• Accounting Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain precise account reconciliations, journal entries, and all supporting schedules.
• Operational Support: Assist with critical daily financial activities including accounts payable, cash activity, and expense reporting.
• Financial Performance Analysis: Help analyze financial data and investigate variances to provide valuable insights.
• Process Enhancement & Projects: Partner with internal teams on ad hoc reporting, process improvements, and various special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, establishing foundational domain knowledge.
• Experience: At least one year of accounting, audit, finance, or relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Solid Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers and financial data.
