Financial Reporting Intern | AgriBank, FCB

The Tone:
This is an internship at AgriBank, FCB, located in St. Paul, MN (onsite/hybrid). As a member of the Financial Reporting Team, you will contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings. This role offers real-world experience in financial reporting within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $20–$21 hourly
• Team: Financial Reporting Team
• Mission: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory filings for the Bank and District Associations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare standard management reports as directed by the team.
• Verification: Perform internal consistency checks on various reports.
• Documentation: Prepare supporting documentation for financial reporting in accordance with established standards.
• Data Input: Prepare quantitative inputs essential for financial reporting deliverables.
• Collaboration: Prepare and submit requested information to intradepartmental management, auditors, and other third parties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position for current sophomores or juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Ability to work 15-20 hours per week starting September 2026, transitioning to 40 hours per week during the Summer months beginning May of 2027.
• Skills: High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
