What You’ll Actually Do
• Broking: Participate in understanding how major insurance businesses buy reinsurance protection and the processes behind complex deals.
• Cyber Analytics: Analyze data and technology to understand and predict cyber risk in a rapidly changing digital world.
• Strategic Advisory: Support strategic advisory projects, helping clients make informed strategic decisions on business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Program Development: Contribute to learning how reinsurance programs are designed, negotiated, and placed.
• Client Engagement: Prepare materials for client presentations and shadow key meetings with reinsurers and insurers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Penultimate year of study from any degree background, with the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Experience: No prior insurance experience is required.
• Skills: Clear communication of thoughts and ideas, an ability to analyze data and information to solve problems, and a collaborative approach to building relationships.
