Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program | CNH
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational development program at CNH, set to begin in January 2027. CNH is a global leader dedicated to sustainably advancing agriculture and construction, providing essential products and technologies that help feed and shelter the world. • Mission: To provide participants with a broad understanding of the CNH Finance organization through a structured 2-year rotational program, while developing core financial analysis, accounting, and leadership skills.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Access, Power BI
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to key tasks and projects across the four assigned Finance departments, encompassing financial analysis, general accounting, and financial reporting.
• Accounting Operations: Prepare accurate journal entries, complete thorough account reconciliations, and assist with financial statement analysis.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create and analyze various financial reports, develop presentations for stakeholders, and provide essential audit support as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and help resolve complex accounting and financial reporting issues that arise across the business.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support special projects and critical initiatives related to topics such as sales incentives, inventory management, cost reductions, and other business-critical areas.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement enhancements to increase efficiencies within current financial processes and workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an Accounting Specialization. The degree must be fully completed before the program’s start date in January 2027. This program is designed for individuals seeking to grow their career within a global finance organization.
• Experience: No specific prior professional work experience is explicitly required for entry into this program, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, core accounting principles, problem-solving, and project management. Practical experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI are beneficial. The program emphasizes developing skills in process improvements.
• Bonus: Prior internship or other relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance. One year of experience working on projects involving large amounts of data. Two years of experience utilizing Excel for financial tasks.
