What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Assist with timely submission of pay applications.
• Monitor: Track and review outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Manage: Review and process accounts payable for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure: Maintain adherence to all accounting policies and procedures.
• Support: Provide essential accounting assistance to project management teams at job sites.
• Facilitate: Support payroll functions, including necessary adjustments and closings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. This role is considered an entry-level position within the Business Unit Accounting job family, providing a foundation for career progression.
• Experience: Candidates should possess 0-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance-related capacity, or demonstrate an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required for daily tasks. The ability to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions to problems is critical, alongside demonstrating agility and adaptability to changes by exploring new approaches and collaborating with team members. A commitment to delivering on business outcomes and a proactive mindset for identifying value-add improvements are also key.
