Supply Chain Rotational Analyst | Charter Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational role based in Mequon, WI, with required travel for rotations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement: Learn to manage the acquisition of goods and services, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Supply & Demand Planning: Develop skills in forecasting product demand, optimizing inventory, and scheduling production to meet market needs.
• Transportation: Understand logistics operations, including route optimization, freight management, and delivery coordination.
• Supply Chain Transformation: Contribute to strategic projects focused on process improvement and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
• Organizational Exposure: Gain diverse integration and exposure to various business units and operations across Charter Manufacturing through a structured rotational program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; this is an Entry-Level position for recent college graduates from December 2026.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in supply chain or general business, coupled with demonstrated participation in team environments.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration, demonstrated initiative for excellence and process improvement, and an excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
