What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection and Analysis: Systematically collect, meticulously organize, thoroughly validate, and expertly analyze various forms of business data obtained from approved and verified sources. This forms the foundation for all subsequent insights.
• Reporting and Visualization: Take responsibility for building new reports, maintaining existing spreadsheets, developing interactive dashboards, and creating recurring performance summaries to present data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Data Integrity and Definition: Actively investigate any discrepancies found within the data, clearly document all underlying assumptions, and consistently maintain clear, understandable data definitions across all reports and analyses.
• Translating Insights: Translate complex data findings and analytical results into concise, easily digestible updates and recommendations that directly support critical business and operational decision-making processes.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Safeguard data quality by performing careful reviews, conducting thorough reconciliations, and implementing documented controls to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability in all outputs.
