Supply Chain Rotational I Program | Grow in Greenville, NC

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., located in Greenville, NC. The company designs, engineers, manufactures, sells, and services industrial lift trucks, aftermarket parts, and technology and energy solutions. This role is crucial for developing future supply chain professionals who will move materials from port to home globally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a structured 3-4 year Supply Chain Rotational Program, involving three distinct 12-18 month rotations across various company locations including Greenville, NC, and Berea, KY.
• Lead projects: Lead at least one significant project during each rotation, assuming full-time responsibilities comparable to core team members in different supply chain functional areas, and engaging in job shadowing projects.
• Obtain certification: Achieve a professional certification in a relevant supply chain field, enhancing your expertise and qualifications during the program.
• Develop expertise: Rotate through diverse supply chain positions such as Materials Planner, Logistics Analyst, Order Management Specialist, Demand Planning Specialist, Procurement Commodity Manager, New Product Development Analyst, and Supply Chain Systems Developer.
• Build understanding: Gain a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations, preparing for a permanent role placement upon successful completion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain.
• Experience: Required experience gained through supply chain internships or other related work involvement.
• Skills: Intermediate to advanced competence with MS Office Suite, strong business, management, and project management skills, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of Six Sigma, knowledge of SAP for Supply Chain, and experience with data reporting tools like PowerBI.
