Wealth – LATAM Full Time Analyst, Miami- USA, 2027 | Citi

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Citi, located in Miami, USA. Citi is a global organization with a unified wealth platform that serves clients across the entire wealth continuum, from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices to affluent and high-net-worth segments. This Analyst position is critical for bringing knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, developing skills, building networks, and establishing a long-term career, as Citi values internal mobility and growth within its 191,579-person organization. The program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and training needed to become valuable team members and contribute to the firm’s success.

• Mission: Help influential individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth, identify global opportunities, and manage risk, with a focus on the LATAM market.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Exposure: Gain exposure to diverse areas within Wealth management, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Investment Office.
• Collaborate: Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions.
• Contribute: Directly contribute to the development of analytics and proposals designed to enhance the client experience.
• Network: Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, with an interest in helping individuals and families manage wealth.
• Experience: This is a two-year Rotational Analyst Program starting in July, which begins with an in-depth training program to equip participants with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, high level of personal integrity, commitment to excellence, resiliency to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, and a sense of urgency.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.4+.
