Customer Experience Associate, Pathways – New Graduates | Robinhood
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Robinhood, located in Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX. Robinhood is building the future of finance, aiming to democratize finance for all by preparing for the largest transfer of wealth in human history. This role serves as an entry point for diverse talent to build a career in financial services, becoming the company’s voice. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will use empathy and product expertise to ensure users feel understood and valued, while helping the company learn from each interaction to create a seamless customer experience.

• Mission: To democratize finance for all, provide an outstanding customer experience, and help Robinhood learn from every customer interaction.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Progress through the CXR Pathway Program, including an introduction to licensing, foundational training, and registered representative training.
• License Completion: Attain required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses with provided paid study time and support from a cohort.
• Customer Support: Deliver an outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone channels, applying empathy and product expertise.
• Process Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, identifying and communicating ways to improve services and delight customers.
• Expertise Development: Grow your financial services expertise by developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience: Recent graduates who have customer-facing experience are sought. Experience working in a customer support environment is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety; independent thought and judgment to adapt to new tasks and prioritize in a multi-task environment; commitment and resilience over 26 weeks for licensing and proficiency.
• Bonus: An existing FINRA SIE license is preferred. Schedule flexibility to meet evolving customer demands, including evenings and weekend hours, is also preferred.
