Analyst, Accounts Receivable | RTX

The TL;DR

• Pay: $57200–$108800 yearly
• Mission: This role ensures the accurate processing of contracts, bookings, billings, and invoicing, maintaining financial integrity for customer orders, including those for the Warfighter.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Analysis & Setup: Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP, preparing contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
• Data Management: Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies and verify compliance with FAR regulations.
• Invoicing & Reconciliation: Create and submit invoices to external customers, and maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule-driven environment, and the ability to support multiple time zones.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions, and ability to produce and modify Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• Bonus: 3.0 GPA and above, experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations, relevant internship or co-op experience, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions.
