Marketing Events and Campaigns Intern (Fall 2026) | Cloudflare

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Cloudflare, located in Lisbon. Cloudflare builds one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and protects and accelerates internet applications globally. This role supports the Field Marketing team in showcasing Cloudflare’s products, driving awareness, and generating enterprise pipeline through strategic campaigns and events. The position is essential for insulating field and event managers from operational drag, maintaining data hygiene, and enabling sales teams to accelerate pipeline conversion, utilizing AI-driven automation for efficiency.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Support the tactical execution of Cloudflare’s international field initiatives and the rollout of modern platform tools to drive awareness and generate enterprise pipeline.
• Tech Stack: OneSource Core Hub, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jojo (Marketing Concierge), AI Registration Auditor skill, Salesforce, Marketo, relational data management

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ecosystem Support: Assist with managing and testing entries within the OneSource Core Hub and tracking incoming sales-led requests.
• Logistical Coordination: Help drive the logistical planning and execution of virtual events and in-person field activations across regions, including scheduling and vendor outreach.
• Social Media Management: Draft, create, and schedule engaging social media posts to promote upcoming events, amplify regional customer panels, and share post-event highlights.
• Asset Readiness: Help compile on-demand digital playbooks, pre-approved content decks, and operational checklists, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• AI Platform Optimization: Support the team in testing, refining, and documenting emerging AI platform features, including user-acceptance testing and auditing data outputs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Availability for a full-time 12-week internship, working from the Lisbon office 3-5 days a week.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a “systems-thinking” mindset; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proactive, tech-savvy attitude with a strong desire to learn modern marketing automation platforms and AI-driven workflow tools; proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Previous academic or professional experience with event coordination, digital campaign tracking, or project management; basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation software (Marketo), or relational data management; additional European languages.
