Global Communications Senior Specialist | Deloitte

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute media strategies for global campaigns on priority topics, including industry thought leadership and global survey insights.
• Media Engagement: Coordinate media pitching and interviews, manage ongoing media engagement activities, and track coverage globally.
• Messaging Consistency: Ensure consistent and on-message storytelling across all regions and platforms.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate with Deloitte member firm communications professionals worldwide to secure and support earned, owned, and paid media opportunities.
• Content Creation: Develop communication materials such as key messages, talking points, briefing documents, and op-eds for eminence launches and priority global events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or public relations. This is a senior-level specialist role.
• Experience: Proven experience in communications, marketing, and/or PR. Experience influencing and advising senior leaders on communications, and navigating complex approval structures in a matrixed organization.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, project management, strong written and verbal English communication, ability to prepare executive-ready materials, and capability to define and report on communications performance indicators.
• Bonus: PR agency experience preferred.
