Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile | Mozilla

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mozilla, located remotely in Canada. This role is crucial as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing, translating product marketing and growth strategies into reliable, repeatable execution across various initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. What You’ll Actually Do
• ASO Execution: Coordinate and execute App Store Optimization initiatives, including metadata updates, creative experiments, and app store events.
• Campaign Execution: Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution across key user journey moments.
• Launch Support: Support the execution of product launches and other priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs, and operational follow-through.
• Operational Readiness: Own shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows across supported workstreams.
• Data Consolidation: Gather and consolidate performance data and operational learnings from campaigns and experiments to support reporting and future optimization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level experience in marketing operations or a similar domain.
• Experience: 5+ years coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Skills: Strong operational judgment, organization, attention to detail, ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and experience creating repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation that improve execution quality and efficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with mobile growth or ASO (including metadata optimization and creative experimentation), comfort working with performance data (campaign measurement, experiment analysis, and reporting), and experience building automated and AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude Code or Cowork.
