• Team: Reports to senior accounting staff within the Business Unit Accounting job family for mentorship.
• Mission: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, process financial transactions, and provide essential accounting support to on-site project management teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pay Applications: Assist with the preparation and processing of pay applications.
• Receivables Management: Track and review outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Accounts Payable: Review and process accounts payable efficiently and accurately.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure overall adherence to established accounting policies and procedures.
• Project Support: Provide direct accounting support for on-site project management teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, preparing candidates for an entry-level position within the Business Unit Accounting job family.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role is considered an entry point with extensive opportunities for growth in title, compensation, and responsibility.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and listen to understand; problem-solving ability to identify, prioritize, and implement effective alternatives for solutions; and adaptability to adjust to change, explore new approaches, and collaborate effectively with team members. Candidates should also demonstrate an inclusive approach and a commitment to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
