Integrated Marketing Executive-WorldFirst SG | Ant Group
The Tone:
This is a full-time position at Ant Group, located in Singapore. Ant Group, through its WorldFirst brand, provides cross-border payment solutions for businesses, particularly those with import and export profiles. This role is crucial for driving integrated marketing efforts in the Singapore market, building brand awareness and customer acquisition, while also contributing successful strategies and content for use by global teams.
The TL;DR
• Role: Marketing Executive
• Location: In-person, Singapore
• Team: Reports to the Head of Marketing, APAC.
• Mission: To run integrated marketing for the Singapore market across field events, co-marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels, targeting businesses with cross-border payment needs.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint
What You’ll Actually Do
• Field Events & Co-marketing: Represent WorldFirst in small business communities, building awareness and consideration, and supporting end-to-end delivery of owned, co-hosted, and partner events.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and run lifecycle campaigns for Singapore, localizing global campaigns, providing local insight into segmentation, and drafting outreach copy for various channels.
• Digital Marketing: Amplify local activities on social media, manage Singapore website content, and collaborate with global digital specialists on paid campaigns and conversion tracking.
• Reporting & Coordination: Track marketing KPIs, maintain campaign dashboards, prepare monthly performance summaries, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign approvals.
• Content & Engagement: Capture photo and video content on-site for social and email use, and manage community response across social platforms and Google reviews where required.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B marketing; experience in Fintech, payments, or e-commerce is an advantage, and strong internship experience counts. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot; hands-on campaign experience is an advantage.
• Skills: Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and lookup functions. Strong written and spoken English. Organized, detail-minded, comfortable raising questions early, and possessing a customer-first approach.
• Bonus: A second language such as Mandarin or Bahasa is useful when working with customers trading into China and the region. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends around events, including setup and teardown.
