Associate Compliance Manager | Invesco

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Invesco, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a hybrid work model. • Mission: This person ensures Invesco meets global regulatory reporting requirements and maintains compliance through meticulous monitoring, analysis, and filing of disclosures.
• Tech Stack: MS Office, Charles River, Bloomberg

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Document: Prepare comprehensive documentation to support compliance reviews and substantiate processes/controls meeting regulatory requirements.
• Report: Analyze data and prepare substantial shareholding reports in accordance with global regulatory mandates.
• Interpret: Understand and implement regulatory requirements for America’s regions and new countries to achieve compliance performance metrics.
• Lead: Support, mentor, coach, and guide the team, managing workload prioritization, performance, and professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in Commerce or Finance. This is a manager-level position requiring expertise in compliance or regulatory environments within an investment advisor or mutual fund group.
• Experience: Total relevant work experience of 10-15 years. Demonstrated people management experience, including team leadership, mentoring, coaching, performance enablement, workload management, and development of team members.
• Skills: Good analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with global colleagues, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with trading systems and compliance components such as Charles River and Bloomberg. Openness to flexible working hours, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
