What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN FI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze and understand complex business requirements to develop effective solutions that precisely meet client expectations.
• Solution Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, utilizing the latest technologies and deep knowledge of the platform.
• Client Collaboration: Build and maintain trust with clients and team members through clear communications, inclusivity, and fostering innovation, while embodying IBM’s core values.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. This role requires an individual with exposure to implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the system’s capabilities.
• Experience: Hands-on experience working directly with SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, coupled with experience analyzing business requirements to develop effective solutions. The role also requires exposure to integrating packaged technology solutions by utilizing business and industry knowledge, alongside business processes.
• Skills: Demonstrated SAP HANA FIN FI expertise, including the ability to design and configure solutions for successful project delivery. Strong capabilities in business requirements analysis and techno-functional solution expertise for effective technology integration are essential.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include exposure to developing and implementing comprehensive solutions by leveraging SAP HANA FIN FI knowledge and working with the latest technologies. Experience in business process integration, applying industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to deliver high-quality results is also highly valued.
