What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN FI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze complex business requirements to develop effective, client-centric solutions.
• Solution Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, utilizing SAP HANA FIN FI knowledge and working with current technologies.
• Client Collaboration: Embody IBM’s core values, building trust with clients and team members through clear communications, inclusivity, and innovation to achieve project goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Core domain knowledge in SAP HANA FIN FI solutions and their capabilities.
• Experience: Significant exposure to implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, demonstrating hands-on proficiency within the system and a deep understanding of its capabilities. Proven experience in analyzing business requirements to understand client needs and develop effective solutions. Practical experience integrating packaged technology solutions, utilizing both business and industry knowledge alongside business processes to deliver high-quality results. Direct experience designing and configuring solutions specifically to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes. Exposure to working with and applying the latest technologies in conjunction with SAP HANA FIN FI to develop and implement comprehensive solutions.
• Skills: SAP HANA FIN FI expertise, business requirements analysis, techno-functional solution expertise, solution design and configuration, industry knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Bonus: Demonstrated exposure to developing and implementing comprehensive solutions, skillfully applying knowledge of SAP HANA FIN FI while actively working with the latest technologies to effectively meet diverse client needs. Practical experience working with complex business processes, utilizing techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate various packaged technology solutions and consistently deliver high-quality results. Further exposure to applying extensive industry knowledge, understanding business processes, and employing techno-functional solution expertise to conceptualize, develop, and implement comprehensive solutions that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
